1 Acceptance and Scope

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with hp444, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gaming activities, bonus participation, and use of all Platform features. By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any hp444 service, you expressly consent to these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, family accounts, or accounts registered using false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify hp444 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification

hp444 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. 3 Account Usage and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Permitted Use

Your hp444 account is for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may place bets, play games, participate in promotions, and use all Platform features in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules. You must not use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your account using payment methods designated on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from an account or payment instrument in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform and may change without notice.

hp444 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees. Deposits are processed immediately in most cases, but hp444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your account balance at any time, subject to identity verification, minimum withdrawal amounts, and completion of wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name matching your registered account details.

hp444 processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours under normal circumstances. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected and third-party processing times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 5-15 minutes; bank transfers within 1-3 business days; cryptocurrency within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

hp444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 or where anti-money laundering concerns exist. Withdrawal requests may be declined if account verification is incomplete or if violations of these Terms are suspected.

4.3 Fees and Charges

hp444 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day) may incur administrative fees at hp444's discretion. Currency conversion fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

5 Gaming Rules and Fairness

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on hp444 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by hp444 or users. 6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

hp444 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which must be read in conjunction with these Terms. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other conditions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or abusive bonus play, including low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by hp444

hp444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect or have evidence of: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; underage gambling; use of stolen payment methods; collusion or cheating; abusive behavior; money laundering; or any activity that poses risk to hp444, its employees, or other users.

Upon suspension, all pending bets will be voided and funds may be frozen pending investigation. If an investigation confirms Terms violations, all funds in your account (including deposits) may be forfeited and your account permanently closed.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following verification procedures.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. hp444 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) for inactive accounts. 9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

9.4 Limitation of Liability

10 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Provide full details of your complaint including account information, transaction references, and supporting evidence. hp444 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hp444's internal complaints procedure may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. Each party shall bear its own costs.

11 General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hp444 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Assignment
